For years, Veritas Scholars Academy has been faithfully engaged in the most rewarding work under the sun: coming alongside parents in “training up their children,” teaching students to joyfully interact on every level.
Demand for the excellent online education we provide cuts across not only national boundaries, but socioeconomic lines as well. Last year alone, we received hundreds of legitimate requests for financial assistance totaling more than $200,000. Thanks to a handful of generous supporters, we had close to $60,000 to disperse.
Now, for the first time in the school’s history, Veritas Scholars Academy is making an appeal to alumni, parents, past parents, grandparents, and friends to expand our vision to provide an exceptional classical, Christian education to students across the globe, regardless of a families’ financial capacity.
A gift to Veritas Scholars Academy through our nonprofit arm – Paideia Scholarship Foundation – will make a lasting difference in the lives of hundreds of children. SCHOLARSHIP FUND: Make a lasting difference in the life of a VSA family! Gifts to this fund will be used to assist qualified applicants who might otherwise not be able to attend Veritas Scholars Academy. Though VSA is an exceptional value and competitively priced among private schools, the financial burden remains very real for many families. TEACHER SUPPORT FUND: An excellent teaching staff is the cornerstone of Veritas Scholars Academy’s strength. As such, the school is committed to caring for its faculty through life’s toughest trials. A gift to the Teacher Support Fund will provide assistance to teachers in extraordinary circumstances, whether medical emergencies, accidents, or other extraordinary circumstances.
PAIDEIA ENDOWMENT FUND: Consider a commitment to our future. The purpose of this newly established fund is to hold and manage assets gifted for the long-term benefit of Veritas Scholars Academy and its mission. An investment in the Endowment Fund will provide a stream of scholarship income for the life of the school.
